November 28, 2016
Meeting started at 7:30 PM with 16 members were present, 3 guests.

Secretary’s Report:
Sec. Paca read his Secretary’s Report , with notes for the upcoming events of the club.
Christmas grouping will align as Feeding Program grouping so that each Rotarian must be responsible in attending on their designated schedules starting January 2017.
Last Board Meeting, it was proposed that starting next month which is 2017 already the club will hold its Fellowship Meeting every third Monday of the month.
Other discussion will be tackle during President’s Report.
President’s Corner & Other Matters
Pres. Toby read his presidential message by welcoming guests from RC of Tatebayashi headed by their Club President Jun Nagara.
In relation with the guest for tonight, President reminds everyone to participate with tomorrow’s activities, Tejero Water Drilling at 9am to be followed by Feeding Program around 10am. Afternoon will be at Labogon High School for the turn-over.
Christmas party is fast approaching and the board approved assessment of P1,000 per member and P500 for the spouse regardless they will come or not. Assessment will go to the food, venue, and other expenses. Pledges will be finalized later on.
Election of club officers on Dec 12, headed by 3 nominating committee PP Chilo, PP Marcy and PP Boy Unabia. They will be tasked to select set of nominee based on their criteria.
Other Matters:
Pledges- PP Al one lechon, PP George for 10 bottles of wine, Sec Paca for seafood. President will finalize pledges within the week.
Presentation of Banners, Signing Sisterhood Agreement, and Exchanging of Tokens – RC of Cebu Port Centre present the banner to visiting guest to RC of Tatabayashi in presence of Pres Jun Nagara, Sec. Hiroo Kojima and AG Atsuo Miyauchi. Followed by signing of Sisterhood Agreement for next 3 years of joint projects.
Meeting was adjourned 8:58 PM.
