Meeting started at 7:30 PM with 19 members were present, 3 guests.

Secretary’s Report:
Sec read his Secretary’s Report with an evening greeting
Secretary elaborates the attendees for the DISCON 2017 and reminded everyone of the deadline which is on Feb 17, 2017. Whoever wishes to participate Sec and staff is will to assist if needed.
Rotary week started and hoping that every member will participate in any activities of the district. Club has supposed to have booth but cancelled.
Online profiling must be comply by everyone, will send you edited images to change your FB profile for atleast 1 to 2 months.
Finally, please let us know if you changed your email or mobile numbers so that we could update you with the club activities.
President’s Corner & Other Matters
Pres. Toby started his presidential message thanking everyone who attended last pre-valentine fellowship. It was a wonderful night for everyone who was present. Acknowledging those who contributed for the food.
This week is our Rotary Week, we fail to participate yesterday’s event but hopefully we can make it this coming Thursday. It will be the General Meeting of all clubs. Pres asked everyone to join especially the board and directors. It will be held at Casino Espanol at around 11:30am. Attire would be club shirt.
Pres received email from RC of Oita Minami extending their gratitude for the previous hosting of our club. They also mentions that they want to enter into a sisterhood agreement between our club. Pres plan to discuss this to the board on the board meeting on 24th.
Discon is next week. The schedule is out on the official page might as well on oor portside please scan and be informed.
Our club will host the Golf Fellowship of DISCON. I’m asking all members who play golf to join. This will happen on March 1-2, 2017. Out tokens will most likely be shirts, golf balls and will give away certificates instead of trophies.
Let us support the District for all these activities.
Other Matters:
- PP Dennis Digamon of RC of Plant City, Florida present their banner to the club to replace their old one.
- Golf Team of 5th Phil Rotary Open do the traditional passing of trophy to fellow teammates for the span of one week til all the members will experience the trophy on his presence.
Meeting was adjourned 8:45 PM.
