Meeting started at 7:30 PM with 20 members were present, 2 guests.

Secretary’s Report:

Treas Larry read secretary message in behalf of Sec. Rodien who’s not present due to important agenda.

Treas Larry elaborated reason of absence of the Secretary for tonight.

Message mentions the upcoming Rotary Golf at CDO wishing good luck to RCCPC representatives namely: PDG Anton, PP Benjie, Sec Rodien, Dir Daryll, Dir Armand and Dir John.

Water Drilling request from Lower Tunghaan and Cadulawan School in Minglanilla, Cebu is already with president. Proposal that have been facilitated by Sec Rodien and PP Al.

Registered and paid DISCON participants is posted on theRCCPC web and Portside for everyone references.

President’s Corner & Other Matters

Pres. Toby started his presidential message thanking everyone who registered for the DISCON. Hopefully the District will allow late registrations and if they do so, I’m encouraging those who have not yet registered to do so.

Guests from Rotary Club of Oita Minami will visit our club for joint project specifically on water drilling. I already have with me the proposal for Minglanilla School. Will just set date of visit with them. PP Marcy and I will be with them the whole day of Feb 10, hoping others to come also with us.

Proposed itinerary is to visit the schools in Minglanilla, porceed to Tejero School for the feeding, take a lunch and one more project in the afternoon maybe Gawad Kalinga site. Please Rotarians be there and let’s welcome our sister club.

We have a team leaving for CDO for the 5^th Philippine Rotary Open let’s wish them good luck and they may enjoy themselves playing there.

Other Matters:

DISCON Golf Tournament- as per discussed with our chairmen of this event, will be having a fellowship tournament, giveaways would golf balls, instead of trophy will give certificates at around 8 events.
ACOM- attended by PN Sam: Operational, Administration matters. No ACOM on March resume on April
Rotary Week- Feb 18-25, 2017 at Ayala Center Cebu. Dir Jeff will take charge of the set-up
