WEEK 22 – REGULAR MEETING

January 30, 2017

Meeting started at 7:30 PM with 18 members were present, 2 guests.

Secretary’s Report:

Sec. Paca read his Secretary message, reminding everyone of the scheduled activities of the club.

First, DISCON on March 2-4, 2017. DISCON Committee uploaded already those Rotarians who made registration last meeting but only few who paid it lets just coordinate later how we gonna pay it as group. And for those who were absent last week please note that we can register online.

Second, before 8 confirmed their participation on 5^th Philippine Rotary Open on February 9-10, 2017 which will be held at Pueblo Golf and country Club, CDO but due to some demands 2 of our participants cancel their participation.

Printed on our portside and even available in our website breakdown of possible expenses we will incur for the trip.

President’s Corner & Other Matters

Pres. Toby starter his presidential message informing everyone that Treas. Larry will be reporting Clubs Fiscal position of the club.

We need to pay our membership dues to RI as soon as possible, we will be paying also to our member who fail to remit their dues.

As you’ve seen Sec Paca already reported proposal for the fellowship tournament I hope this would help our participants about expenses.

And another thing, please visit and join our feeding at Tejero Elem School every Wednesday bring your friends and spouses to engage also

Rotary is fast approaching were still waiting for Calendar Activities once received we will keep you posted. And also our RYLA, interview will be conducted on February 4 around 3-6pm at Vienna Café Haus. Let them bring Bio-Data I guess for formal purposes.

Other Matters:

DISCON Golf Tournament- RCCPC will be hosting the tournament in lieu of this; I’ll be asking PP Al, Sec Rodien, PP Benjie.
Tejero Dental Project- board already decided that for the meantime, we will decline for Dra. Clarissa proposal since we will be considering for the next set of officers since this is a 7 year program.
Presidential Citation- as you can see there were still red colors that we need to convert to green ones so lets help each other comply this.
Matching Grant – we need to finalize project that we will be presenting to our sister club, it can be PP tony proects at San Remegio or building GK Houses
