MINUTES OF THE MEETING

WEEK 22 – BOARD MEETING

January 30, 2017

Meeting started at 6:30 PM with 9 members were present.

Programme

Matters Discussed:

DISCON Golf Tournament- RCCPC will be hosting the tournament in lieu of this; I’ll be asking PP Al, Sec Rodien, PP Benjie.

Tejero Dental Project- Dra. Clarissa Pe offered a 7 year program to our beneficiaries at Tejero Elem School. Start up year is 1.9 M followed by 2M to 2.M and on the last year it is on 7M. The reason for this annual increase is the repair and buying of new equipment for the project. Majority decides to consider other plans since this would be a tight budget for the club to sustain especially it’s for a long term purpose. But instead, we could forward this proposal to the district that they might cater and consider as one of their project also.

Matching Grant of RCCPC & Sister Club- we need to finalize our proposal to our sister club so that we could present it to them earlier and have it done before the end of this Rotary Year. We could consider also PP Ynoc’s foundation but we need the proposal and if not the other thing we could present is the building GK Houses and let us just consult it to the body.

DISCON – registration is still on-going for those who can’t pay right away the club can cater it just for tonight’s attendees and our Treas will be carry it over to your SOA.

Standing, RCCPC has a payable of $1,112 to the district for our club dues. Those members of ours who fail to pay will be shouldered by the club as expense just to clear our accounts to the district. Exchange of rate is Php 50 = $1
