RCCPC President’s Message – Week 2

Good Evening Fellow Rotarians and welcome to our Week 1 officially and week 2 of the present officers and BOD.

Welcome everybody, fellow Rotarians, Guests and Spouses for the very beautiful Rotary week.

We have been blessed with very active week for rotary and Secretary Aldrin Bantilan narrated such in his report.

We have the following activities soon:

Tonight, we have to acknowledge our PROVINCIAL HEALTH OFFICE, our partner on the recent Medical Mission together with Medical Task Force International last June 25-28, 2018. In behalf of the Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre, we really thank Dr. Rene Catan for the invaluable assistance. We will be making the formal turnover of the Medical supplies and equipments to the PROVINCIAL HEALTH OFFICE donated by the Medical Task Force International duly represented by Dr. Tony Lee and Past President Romeo Toledo.

We have to present tonight all the remaining plaques and certificates who have helped us in the recent medical mission. They were our partners in the success of the medical mission.

July 28, 2018 – is our ONE ROTARY ONE DISTRICT BLOODLETTING program. As early as today, we need list of Rotarians who will join this activity to be led by Rotary Club of Mandaue East.

This week we have to visit also the schools that we have already installed the water-drilling projects to make inventory and to officially deliver the project. We have also to make list of planning of schools and area to be installed with the projects. However, we are still yet to see the accounts to be turned-over to us.

I will be calling a Board Meeting Wednesday Lunch once the final accounts will be turned over. This is in connection of the plan that the final budget and yearly schedules shall be also drafted.

We are also drafting one year plan of speakers of each Rotarian Member wherein each one has to discuss something not only his Classification but interest and hobby. For 10 minutes, he has to talk and that is his time.

Lastly, please note that we have stick with the one hour meeting only and everything shall be times and pre-planned.
