RC Cebu Port Centre President Rodien Paca poses with Past District Governor Anton Florendo who started and pioneered the District 3860 BLOODLETTING Project in 1998 during his term as District Governor. He congratulated RC Mandaue East President JV Gonzales for continuing the project.
