Good evening Rotarians.
We are nearing the last quarter of the Rotary year. We would like to remind everyone of their financial obligations to the Club. We have barely enough administration funds for the rest of the year. We still have more than P200,000 in receivables. We will be calling and visiting the Rotarians with these obligations the next two weeks. We hope that we can collect because we have several plans that are hanging because of this. Namely the Charter Celebration, the graduation gifts for the ALS in Tejero, and we also want to be able to leave the next President a starting fund.
We have asked PE Sam to present his Board to the membership tonight. If we have any questions for PE Sam please feel free to ask him and his board. Let us welcome them and wish them well.
Thank you to the Rotarians that attended the feeding project last Wednesday. We only have 2 feeding days left. Please try to visit. The water drilling project teams met last Friday and ideas were exchanged.
The proposals and estimates should be ready by the April 3 meeting so that it will be implemented in April. Vice President Roland had already agreed to head our Charter Day celebration on June 6. If there are any individuals important to our Club’s history that you wish to invite please let us know so we can include them in our invitations.
Reminder for those who wish to go to the Distas, please coordinate with PE Sam.
Let us have a blessed and productive week ahead.
