September 26, 2016

Meeting started at 7:30 PM with 20 members were present, 10 guests.

Secretary’s Report:

Sec. Paca read his secretary messaged and highlighted the following details and updates.

First, to finalize details and comments for the ID system to be printed and used for formal delegation or affairs.

Second, was the resume of all Rotarians as the club aimed for 100% Rotary International Portal compliance. V. Pres. Roland Bantillan will provide the step by step process on how to log in on system so that every Rotarian would have access on it.

Lastly, suggested to have groupings on Tejero Feeding program every Friday so that each and every Rotarian could come and participate on the program. 10 to 11 members per group of 4 every month. Listings would be finalized once it was approved by the body to have weekly grouping participation on the feeding.

 

President’s Corner & Other Matters

Pres. Toby read his messaged and made emphasized on the following matter.:

District Governor visit was successful and been thankful to all who really participated and did their part during the event. Wishes to hopefully all the projects presented would be completed.

Rotaplast coordination meeting at Adventist Hospital had been already finalized though there were little things need to be furnished and settle down. Another meeting would took palce on Oct. 3, 2016 at Adventist Hospital around 9:30 am. All officers and Directors were asked to attend. Rotarians must anticipate already the schedule of their assignments to avoid conflict and acknowledges to brought with them their wives and children to helped in the mission.

Tres. Larry would gave updates on the solicitation on hand and the pledges made by the other members so that everyone would be aware of the current standing of the funds for the Rotaplast Mission. Each Rotarian would have a minimum PHP10, 000 donations, since the club targeted PHP 1M.

Committee Head were also asked to made arrangements and finalize their duties and responsibilities during the mission. Pres would have a visitation on each Committee head on Thursday or Friday afternoon.

Rotaract Club would have presentations of their plan on RCCPC and hoping we could support them.

After Rotaplast, we would made groupings of Rotarian and Spouses to be on scheduled in attending the Feeding Program at Tejero.

 

Other Matters.

Rotaplast Tshirt- along conversation the body asked Pres. Elect- Sam Tiu to shoulder expenses of the Rotaplast Tshirt and all details will be taken care of him.

Portal Database- during Rotaplast schedule every assigned Rotarians would be asked to made their account there would be standby staff to facilitate them. Since it’s a big compliance from the District. V.Pres would provide internet connections during the Rotaplast Week.

888 forum- Thanking Rtn. Poca for facilitating RCCPC in advertising Rotaplast Mission.

Welcome dinner-would be hopefully sponsored by the Government of Mandaue City but it’s still hanging . Plan B would be accommodation of PP. Tony Ynoc place in Mandaue, place was free and the club would only shoulder the food. Appreciation dinner on October 21, was already 99% sure to be sponsored by Provincial Government. Birthday celebrants on the month of October and PDG Anton suggests to include prior months (July to Sept.) would be asked to brought something during the welcome dinner.

Reminder- Last governor visit, the district mentioned to have at least 2 meeting per month. One fellowship and one activity meeting per month, implementation wasn’t finalized yet if RCCPC would follow since its only optional.

Committee Meeting- Pres would call each committee head on their availability to finalize their assignments.
