MINUTES OF THE BOARD MEETING

Meeting started at 7:30 PM with 21 members were present, 4 guests.
Agenda:
- 33rd Induction Turn Over Ceremonies Post Evaluation
- Pres Sam elaborates BOD participation and interaction during the preparation and event proper of the event
- Emphasize that everyone must take counter part in every event hosted by RCCPC in order to have spontaneous and equal delivery of duties and responsibilities
- BOD rate the overall outcome or success of the event in the average of 8.
- Water rig sold to Larry the Stonebreaker
- IPP Toby turn over to new officers pending discussion how to help Larry the Stonebreaker about his purchased parts of the water rig in order to be used
- Pres Sam responded to invite Mr. Larry on ones meeting to seat down and discuss possible counterpart of the club.
- RCCPC Opening of Bank Accout for RY 17-18
- Currently the club has 6 active bank accounts under RCBC and BPI that VPres Ed, Pres Sam, Sec Jun and Dir Aldrin will be settled in order to change the signatories and to be used by new set officers.
- The team will meet on Thursday, July 6 in order to arrange and process bank requirements.
- RCCPC BOD and Officers Planning Session
- Pres Sam open up about the need to have a planning session in order the BOD’s to interact and contribute ideas and plans for this Rotary Year.
- Dir Mark Ynoc will host the said event on August 5, 2017 @ San Remigio Pensionne Suites, Mabolo, Cebu.
