Secretary’s Message
Secretary read his message and mentions that attendance for the month oo October was printed and posted in portside, even in the website just approached the secretariat for correction and finalization.
Had few reminders onmaking registrations in the site (Rotary International) and to change facebook profile picture to “I AM ROTARIAN”
President’s message
Pres. Toby read his message with reminders to all Rotarians of the following as we continue R.Y. 2016-2017.
First was RCCPC monthly dues as the lifeblood to proceed with operations and other matter activities of the club. Current status of each Rotarian would be posted in the bulletin prior the Christmas party which be held Dec. 5, 2016.
Second was the sponsorship letter of CentCom, visitors from previous meeting. If approved by the body club would gave Php 10,000.00 as our sponsor to their project.
Third, those who pledge for the Rotary Foundation during Governor’s visit to fulfill your pledges before TRF Chair, PP Joel would call one by one.
Fourth, visitation of our partner from RC of Tatebayashi on the 29th and 30th of November, we would brought them on 29th to Tejero Elem School to witnessed our Feeding Program in the morning and water rehabilitation as they sponsor the said project.
Lastly, PP Tony Ynoc prepares an activity for our Rotarian Visitors early January 2017 and our club was invited to be part of this activity. Hopefully we could have volunteers in pairs or batches to helped PP Ynoc, inspite of our busy schedule since it falls during Sinulog week. PP Tony would present this activity on 28th of November during our Regular Meeting.
Other Matters
Rotaractor Minnie Cherryl shared their “I AM GREEN” campaigned and success last October 2016 at Banatayan Island which had participated by different schools of the island. And asked helped from Rotarians with their on-going other projects. Dir. Abay-Abay again shoulder their expenses for accommodation.
