August 22, 2016
Meeting started at 7:00 PM with 32 members were present, 7 guests.

Secretary’s Report:
Sec. Paca requested PP Alcibar before he start his secretary’s report to introduced Atty. Garcia for she will turn over the donation from their association to the Club Pres. Toby Florendo.
Sec. Paca elaborated the changes in the rotary. He discussed RCCPC website and informed the Rotarians to visit their website (http://www.rccpc-org.com/).
The website discussed contained a lot of information about the rotary projects, events, attendance and any whereabouts of the rotary with their pictures attached.
Sec Paca also informed his fellow Rotarians that they can make their own write up on the website, post pictures and even link it to other social media sites e.g. Facebook, Twitter and etc.,
He gives attention to the PDG’s to atleast post two events per month on the site.
President’s Corner and Other Matters
Pres. emphasized the target of one million to raised for Rotaplast, he and Sec. Paca or anyone could helped for corporate donors by presenting Videos related to their advocacy.
Donation was formalized for the Rotaplast to Tres. Larry amounting to ¥240, 000 from the Association of Atty. Aida Garcia. There was also a donation from YOKOHAMA KONAN of ¥100, 000 already with Tres. Larry.
President Toby asked the PDG’s for any update for the water drilling machine status and concluded for a votation to sell at Php 900, 000 or to lease it for Php75, 000 per month for 2 years contract. The motion of the body was to sell it but subject to PP Benedict’s position on the matter if there was a charged on the storage and by that time the body could finalize the transaction regarding the subject.
Pres Toby Mentioned about the advocacy fair happened in Ayala Center Mall last Aug 19-21, 2016. The first day was man over by people who share on the booth, second day Sec. Paca staffs and on the third day the rotaractors. Standees and fliers were available during the fair.
Lastly, announced the Governor’s visit on the 19th of September this year. The visit would happened 6 o’clock in the evening to meet with the board and the investor’s officers for the District goals and to attend the regular meeting.
The venue would still be at the Country Club occupying two function rooms, Rotarians would wear their black suite, black pants, white shirt and red tie. Special request to wear the Rotary pin.
AG Robin suggest us if the Governor could joined one of our projects, unfortunately her visit was untimely with the projects that we had but instead just made a video compilation of our activities.
The board and the PDG’s would have a preparation meeting for the visit on Sept. 9 since it’s a holiday at around 12 o’ clock to 4 o’ clock in the afternoon in Alta Vista. Families were also invited just let us be informed ahead of time
We would now move on to our visitors for tonight for their presentations.
