Minutes of Meeting (BOD Meeting)
October 25, 2018
Meeting started at 11:30am at Hap Chan Restaurant- Robinsons Galleria, Cebu City last Oct 25, 2018 with 10 members present.
The president leads the prayer to start the meeting. The discussion was the ff.:
- TRF Night- Dir Jeff go through the preparation for the TRF from the venue, guest speaker, tokens, registrations, food and sounds, and other things need to be done.
- TRF 100% PHF – Pres Paca assigned Dir Felix, IPP Sam and PP Toby to become the chairman on calling and asking help for the rotarians to share their points.
- Search for top 10 Outstanding Traffic Enforcers- Pres Paca asked Dir Jensen for help on the process on the implementation of the 3rd Recognition of Outstanding Traffic enforcers.
- Feeding Program – Before the year ends Pres Paca hopes to bring back the feeding program at Tejero Elem School atleast once a month in partnership with Gawad Kalinga
- Badjao Comfort rooms- Dir. Robert already visits the site for quotation and plan on how to implement the comfort rooms and wash area in the community. On going planning with Dir Felix
- Dalagan mo, Pustiso ko – Dir Felix, also remind the body with this endeavor in partnership with PDA and happens to be launch during the rotary week on Feb 2019.
Other Matters:
- President informs the board that he will not be available next meeting due to business engagement in Johor, Malaysia. Thus, VPres John Sulay will take over his works
