District 3860, RC Cebu Port Centre would like to express their profound and heartfelt gratitude for their record number of SPONSORS and PARTNERS of their ROTAPLAST 2018 MISSION. Because of the them things made so easy and indeed, it was a huge success as well.  In this Mission 2018 the new total number of operated patients are now = 1,381.
