RC of Cebu Port Centre visited Tejero ALS Building attended by no less than Governor Bing Garcia, District Governor of 3860.
It was also attended by the Japanese guests as follows:
District 2590 (Rotary Yokohama Konan)
District 2590 (Rotary Yokohama Konandai)
District 2720 (Rotary Oita Minami)
District 2840 (Rotary Tatebayashi)
Several RCCPC Rotarians attended.
