Secretary’s Report:

 

Sec. Paca read his Secretary’s Report , commending those Rotarians who participated last Governor’s Night at Cebu Grand Hotel.

Secretary highlights the upcoming events of the Club which was the Christmas Party and the RCCPC Election of new set of officers. Christmas party grouping were already out on the site, bulletin and even sent through SMS. For this year’s theme would be “CELEBRATING CHRISTMAS IN SERVICE OF HUMANITY”

He also invites the Rotarians to participate on the Joint Project of RCCPC to IHMA Alumni Medical Mission this coming Saturday, November 26, 2016. Thanking the Rotarian Sponsor Mr. Ed Gobonseng giving away Php 200, 000 worth of medicines and the club amounting to Php 20, 000. PP Jose Unabia club’s Doctor would also try to be part of the mission as Medical Doctor.

President’s Corner & Other Matters

Pres. Toby read his presidential message with the following emphasized:

Joint Project of the club with Sec Rodien alumni conducting Medical Mission, acknowledging Mr. Gobonseng generosity for donating the medicines. The club will be shouldering additional expenses.

Calling the attention of Rotarians who made pledges during Governor’s Visit, collection will be until Nov. 29. TRF Chair PP Joel Valer will start making phone calls.

Lastly, the club will be having visitors from RC of Tatebayashi. The club will take them to Tejero Elem School at around 9am, at 2pm we will ask them to visit also Labogon High School. Hopefully everyone will be there.

Meeting was adjourned 8:46 PM.
