RCCPC joins ROTARY ADVOCACY FAIR

RCCPC together with GAWAD KALINGA VISAYAS joined the ADVOCACY FAIR last August 19-21 at Ayala Center, Cebu City. We posted and erected booth at the said location for the public.
DETAILS For Reference
Approximately, we can accommodate 20 advocacy groups. But please share with us first the list of exhibitors you plan to invite just so we can review and have final approval.
Ideally the exhibit will be a mix of exhibit materials in photos and posters, then a portion may be for those with selling, and another portion that would serve as a lounge for those who would like to touch base with the orgs.
We will have a simple ribbon cutting on August 19, 3PM.
To note here are the things we need to cover pa J
Ayala
– Carpet/ fake grass tarp for exhibit
– Basic sound system for exhibit opening
– Advocacy group list approval
– Exhibit layout
– Ad and promo space (for hallway banners 1x3m- 8pcs, and 10pcs A3 posters)
– ACC to send exhibit contract, all fees are waived
Rotary
– Advocacy groups coordination
– Advocacy fair ad and promo materials design and printing (for hallway banners 1x3m- 8pcs, and 10pcs A3 posters)
– Exhibit opening program
– Exhibit opening host
– Exhibit opening guest invite
– *exhibit materials and props must be provided by the organization or of Rotary
