Secretary’s Report:
Sec read his Secretary’s Report with a greeting.
Sec recalls the busy yet blessed weeks that past, after the victory in the golf course during Phil Rotary Open. Now, during the Rotary Week other RCCPCians takes the pride at the bowling alleys.
The team won the DISTRICT BOWLING COMPETITION headed by VP Roland, PE Sam, PP Rey, Dir Kit and Dir Aldrin. Another trophy for MVP-Highest Individual Total Pinfalls to VP Roland.
Board Meeting happened last Feb 24 at Alta Vista after we played golf and there were significant discussions tackled by the board.
First, the water drilling projects for the four elem school which will be headed by different board of directors in implementation. Second, sisterhood agreement of RCCPC between RC of Oita Minami of Japan which the board agrees to pursue the partnership. Third, Livelihood project which PP Tony submitted for our district report and ofcourse for the club data. Fourth, other Governor’s Challenge that the club needs to comply. Discon items and our golf hosting. And lastly, END POLIO advertisements that we need to push and published.
President’s Corner & Other Matters
Pres. Toby started his presidential message wishing best to all Discon Delegates.
Bowling Team won as Champions during Rotary Bowling tournament held at Bowling Plex of Gaisano Country Mall. Pres Toby acknowledges the team, VP Roland, PE Sam, PP Rey, Dir Kit and Aud Aldrin.
The board meet last feb 24 at Alta vista and agree some concerns. First is the donation to the district for Surigao earthquake incident. Second, approval of four water drilling or supplying projects for the rest of R.Y. 2016-2017.
The Alternative Learning School is about to helf their graduation and we plan to give them some token like Polo shirt that they can wear during an interview. Will give you update once the date were finalized.
Lastly, I hope everyone would participate during Discon Golf Tournament non-delegates can still join and participate.
