Minutes of Meeting (Week 16 – Regular Meeting)

October 29, 2018

Meeting started at 7:30pm at Acasia Rm, Cebu Country Club, Cebu City last Oct 29, 2018 with 11 members present and 5 guests.

Secretary’s Time

Sec Aldrin reads his message elaborating all the previous project engagement of the club right after the Rotaplast might as well the future activities.

On the accomplished activities, RCCPC able to join the World Polio Day last Oct 24, 2018 held in DOH for small program and followed by “Patak” End Polio Immunization which RCCPC is assigned in Tejero Health Center. The event was attended by AG Boy, PDG Ted, Dir Felix, Treas Boboy and Sp. Mars, Rtn Dave and Sp Beth, and PP Al Alcibar.

For the matter of future endeavor, RCCPC gathered last Oct 25 at Hap Chan, Cebu for a BOD Meeting and discussed the following: TRF Night hosted by RCCPC, TRF Golf Fellowship that again the club will be hosted, 2 Dir Felix proposal on Comfort Rooms of Badjao Community and Dalagan mo, Pustiso ko on Feb 2019 in celebration of Rotary Week. TRF 100% PHF of the club which will be match/shared by other RCCPC Members.

President’s Time

In behalf of Pres Rodien, Vpres John Sulay read his message due to his business engagement.

There were four main concern highlighted by the president’s report: First is the desire of other member to continue their membership to the club. Second, the board/body have to decide if they will continue on the next semester or not. Third, the challenge to become 100% PHF, president is pleading the support of the club to make this happened. Lastly, congratulating Dir Jeff Tan for a well organized preparations for the TRF night.

Other Matters:

TRF 100% PHF of RCCPC- PP George wants that those members who will benefit the PHF recognition would be worthy considering their club participation (attendance, semestral dues, and support on the club projects)
Prosthesis of a 25yr old – PDG Anton informs the body regarding the prosthesis approval of Dr. Felix referral but she needs to be evaluated by an orthopedic doctor which PP Toby committed to refer his Dr San Juan his contact and agreed to schedule it on Nov 8, 2018
Induction of New Members– RCCPC officially welcome Mr. Nestor Toledo to the club. Charging conducted by PDG Ted and inducted by PDG Anton together with her spouse Miane.
