Meeting started at 7:30 PM with 15 members were present, 5 guests.

Secretary’s Report:
Sec. Paca started his messaged by highlighting the month of September RCCPC attendees. Mentioned that all datas of attendance can be found at RCCPC site, every member can checked it out for some changes and adjustments for unrecorded make-ups. Guests in every meeting was also recorded and seen.
Rotaplast was fast approaching and all the schedules and committees can be found at the Portside and our website, members were asked to checked it from time to time and insert it to their schedule activities. ID’s must be up also and finalized especially on its details.
President’s Corner & Other Matter:
Pres. Toby read his messaged and stress out the following informations.
Committees scheduled for the Rotaplast Mission plays a vital role on the success of the event, Pres. Toby asked for everyone’s cooperation and time to make things up for their assigned tasks. Mandaue City just confirmed their hosting on the welcome dinner on October 15, 2016 at Mandaue Social Hall.
A concerned raised regarding the Tejero Feeding that last Fridays’ feeding was postponed due to the absence of their cooked which not supposed to happened again. Aud. Aldrin offered a helped for assistance since his inline with the same program. Pres Toby invited Aud. Bantillan to join next feeding program so that he would know the usual set up during the feeding program.
Others Matters:
Rotaplast Mission Update
PDG Anton discussed the threshold mission of the club for the past years and felt very excited to upcoming big event of RCCPC.
In line with this, licences of our Doctors from PRC was approved, PAL also approved the 18 boxes free of charge. Customs clearances will be taken care of by Dir. Abay-Abay.
Patients for the mission evolved and “Abounding in Love” has been the clubs’ partner by giving 46 patients this year. Last Oct. 3, DYAB already started broadcasting the mission and PDG Anton looks forward for more calls and inquiries.
Posters already disposed by Dir. John Sulay, target will be on the terminals, schools and Brgy. Halls and hopefully other radio stations would broadcast our mission.
Pre-Clinic, PDG Anton asked the Rotaractors to cater the 5:00am time assistance giving priority numbers and directions to the patients to avoid security problem.
Transportation, PP Tony would lend his 2 vans for the arrival of boxes and luggages of the guests. Rtn. Poca would also offer his Catalina transport van and Rtn. Bright Hwang for the guests.
“I am Green” by the Rotaractor
Pres. Eljohn discussed their upcoming project “I am Green” which advocate the students about the environmental awareness on October 22, 2016 that hopefully the RRCPC could join.
Rotary Club of Cebu Naga Central
Sec Rodien Paca was asked to take part on the Regular Meeting of Naga Central as representative of the club to have updates and arrangements with both clubs’ whereabouts and concerned.
Meeting was adjourned 8:55PM.
