October 10, 2016

Meeting started at 7:30 PM with 17 members were present, 5 guests.

Secretary’s Report:

Treas. Larry read the Secretary’s report. Reminded all Rotarians to have cooperation to the most special and big event that the club hosted every year.

Everyone was invited to came over at the residence of Sec Paca as they celebrate the feat day of St Francis De Assissi of Naga

President’s Corner & Other Matter:

Pres Toby read his message and highlighted the following:

As Rotaplast Medical Mission would formally starts all Rotarians were asked to be alert, aware, patient and helpful not only on their assigned days but to the whole days of the mission.

City of Mandaue confirmed their hosting for the welcome dinner but the venue were still in negotiation but most probably it would be held at the City’s Social Hall. Furthermore, text blast would be sent in case there were changes on the details.

Others Matters:

Rotaplast Solicitation

Treas. Larry reported that the club reaches already at Php 941, 608 including uncollected pledges but excluding in kind donations from different sponsors.

The treasures presented a graph and breakdown of the solicitations solicited by RCCPC members and even the uncollected ones.

At the same night of the regular meeting Php 245, 000 were collected and there were still pledge coming in and by tomorrow Treas would update and officially announced that the club hit the 1 million goal to fund the Rotaplast mission.

Rotaplast Schedules

Pres. reminded the schedule and flow of the activities during the mission. And invited also spouses of the Rotarians to be in during the operations.

On the arrival of the International Volunteers, they had 13 passes granted by the Airport Security to allow willing rotarians to welcome the team.

Schedules were posted on sites, bulletin and from time to time secretariat would remind you of the activities and scheduled, said by Pres. Toby.

Meeting was adjourned 8:55PM.
