Good evening.
Rotaplast starts 8 days from now. I trust all Committees are ready. I called several Committee heads last week and only minor things were brought up.
The setting up is very important, so reminders to Committees involved in set up.
We would like to announce that the City of Mandaue has agreed to host the welcome dinner on the 15th. It will be at the session hall of the Mandaue City Hall.
Please make sure you are there on your assigned day. We will need you there the entire day.
Our feeding in Tejero last week did not push through because the cook had personal matters to attend to. Let us focus on that once Rotaplast is done.
