Secretary’s Report:

Sec. Paca read his Secretary’s Report , thanking everyone for the continuous support  that each and everyone contributed to our on-going projects.

A greeting was also mentioned to Director Jensen Racho being awarded as the Most Outstanding Cebuano in Architecture.

Reminded everyone about the implementation of the ID System as much as possible before the Governor’s Visit. The template had been distributed wherein the Rotarians must fill in to complete their ID details.

The attendance was also mentioned that every Rotarian had lots of choices or options on how to make up with their absence/s and just let the office of the Secretary be informed if they made their make up so that it would be noted and adjusted.

Website had been browse that whatsoever data you need in connection with RCCPC would be a click away since it’s been segregated per projects or activities of the Club.

President’s Corner & Other Matters

Pres. Toby read his presidential messaged with the following emphasized;

The death of Past President Maning Granada. as our President in 1986-1987. The funeral was held last Saturday at St. Peter, Imus.

Rotaplast solicitations which was to intensify the drive to find for donors to hit the target and implements the Club mission’s with rotaplast activities.

Governor’s Visit which was a reminder to all Officers and directors with regards to the planning session at Alta Vista Golf and Country Club on September 9

First feeding Program at Tejero Elementary School last Friday, September 2 for this Rotary Year. Acknowledged the presence of Sec. Paca and PP Alcibar, inviting also other  Rotarians to spent even every other Friday around 10 o’clock in the morning to help in preparations and distributions of the food to “wasted children” as a term being used now. Wives were also welcome to join this project every Friday.

OTHER MATTERS:

Rotaplast

 Sec Paca. Mentioned that since Rotaplast had been working on for two months it’s much better that every meeting there was a short presentation of the current donations received since we were targeting 1 million pesos. Pres. Toby addressed by appointing Tres. Larry to report it during the meeting and acknowledged the donators and Rotarians who worked well to gain donations from other entities. With regards to pledges, the club was already received about Php 600, 000 according to Pres. Toby.

Update of Club’s Foundation

 PP Valer mentioned to the body to update our website and bulletin the updated list of the Club’s contributions to the foundations. Not only the present members but also the past ones, spouses, relatives and whoever contributed to the foundations. This must be featured regularly in the bulletin as part of our drive for more contributions to TRF.

Treasurer’s Update

 3 donations received for this current administration which was from Ms. Maxie Borromeo, PHP 200,000; PHP 107, 760 which was initially deposited to operations funds and Sto. Nino de Pilipinas from South Australia donated by PDG Al Alcibar amounting to Php 27, 248. Current solicitation that the club got was Php 335, 008 already collected amounts and the Turn over from previous administration Rotaplast solicitation was 580,348.17. Pres. Toby would also turn over the YOKOHAMA KONAN another donation which was ¥ 100, 000 at Treasurer’s office.
