Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre awardees the TEN MOST OUTSTANDING TRAFFIC ENFORCERS OF CEBU 2019….Where we awarded the TOP 20 and given insurance to all 600 Traffic Enforcers. We thank our partners the Cebu Insurers Club, United Architects of the Philippines and the Cebu City Traffic Office Atty Ismael Garaygay. Thanks to Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña as our Guest of Honor.
