Meeting started at 7:30 PM with 19 members were present, 3 guests.

Secretary’s Report:
Treas Roland read secretary message in behalf of the business affair of Sec Jun which fails him to attend. He started his message giving glimpse of previous GMM were attendance is impressive and thanking everyone presence. He also mentions Rotarians who assume responsibility in leading the GMM.
RCCPC together with RC Cebu Naga Central hosted Seamless Seminar for Cebu Cluster last July 28, 2017 over 852 participated on the said activities. There were total 7 RCCPC member present making us on top of our hosting with the numbers of our representative.
Right after the event, Bloodletting was held the day after at Robinsons Galleria our Rotaractors and some members were there, our very own President Sam Tiu also donates blood.
Lastly, would like to remind our BOD and Directors for the upcoming Strategic Planning on Aug 5 at San Remigio Pensionne Suites hosted by Dir Mark and Ynoc family.
President’s Corner & Other Matters
Pres welcome everyone on the 5th GMM for RY 17-18. Pres reported the activities happened last week, hosting of Seamless Seminar and Bloodletting. The two events might be tight for preparation but glad to turn it out successful and meaningful.
Our congratulations to RC Cebu Midtown and PDG Edgar Chiongbian on their induction which I and other Past President and members attended.
Previous other matter in relation to the claim of Mr Larry Stonebreaker after talking to PP Benedict and IPP Toby wew ill come up decision on next board meeting.
Pres Sam introduce tonight guest speaker from JCI Cebu. There were 4 of them who will present to discuss their project that might our club will incorporate.
Other Matters:
- RC from Japan Invitation- PP Marcy handed over to Pres Sam invitation and itinerary for Japan visit during the 60th Induction of RC of Oita Minami. This will be posted next meeting on the portside.
- Light Up Cebu- JCI present 2 different videos which corresponds to their project Light Up Cebu which is already adopted national. This project aims to give light to all Cebuanos especially those in remote places that later on there will no darkness in every home.
