Meeting started at 7:30 PM with 20 members were present, 8 guest.

Secretary’s Report:
Sec. Paca read his Secretary’s Report with full packed of reminders from Distict 3860.
First, the upcoming 5th Philippine Rotary Open on February 9-10, 2017 which will be held at Pueblo Golf and country Club, CDO. Tournament Fee for the said individual event is P3, 000.00 which inclusive already of the green fees, food, giveaways, raffle and shuttle service for the two day golf tournament.
Second, DISCON 2017 on March 2-4, 2017. We have here our visitors from DISCON Committee to help us how to register and made their campaign for this big event of District 3860.
Third, Gov Me’Anne message which includes the Presidential Dashboard for district challenge. Hoping that we can make better strategies to do this things.
President’s Corner & Other Matters
Pres. Toby read his presidential message stressing that today’s meeting is suppose to be with the spouses. Hoping that next time other Rotarians will do comply so that spouses matter could be discuss also.
Reminding everyone for the upcoming DISCON, Sec Rodien will not demonstrate anymore since DISCON Committee is already here to give us assistant on registration. I hope there will lot of Rotarian on our club who will join to this event anyway it will be held in Cebu so lesser expenses.
We got new contractor for our water drilling project at Tejero. Quotation will be available within the week gonna discuss it further next meeting. Tentatively, will pursue this project after 2 months were summer falls to avoid classes disruptions.
PP George already given the proposal of Dra. Pe for our dental project in Tejero the board will discuss it together with the school representative first.
Lastly, hoping to continue our Ten Outstanding Traffic Enforcers project of IPP Boy and we’ll have it coordinated to be discuss to the body.
Others Matter:
RYLA Participants – Pilgrim Gaudan and Mariezze Herrero introduced themselves to RCCPC members being the representative of the club this coming Feb 24-25, 2017 RYLA
DISCON 2017 – DISCON Chair Rady Abarintos together with Dinna Ramos and Emman Abay-Abay visited RCCPC Regular Meeting to make campaign for DISCON this coming March 2-4, 2017 at Waterfront Hotel, Cebu City. They brought registration forms to help Rotarian on online registration.
Meeting was adjourned 8:50 PM.
