Meeting started at 7:30 PM with 29 members were present, 4 guests.

Secretary’s Report:

Sec Jun started his message with a quote in relation to the successful 33^rd Induction and Signing of Sisterhood Agreement last June 26, 2017.

He extends his congratulations to newly Club Pres, gratefulness to Japanese guests for their generosity extended to the club through the help of PP Marcy Koike. Appreciation to IPP Toby and some Past Presidents who made their contributions for the success of the event.

This year Great Team hopes to sustain projects and activities that previous leaders had done. This way the club is able to use wisely the donations given by Japan Sister Clubs.

Atlanta Convention Rotary Int’l Convention just finished last June 10-14, DG Art Tan induction last June 26 reasons why RCCPC Induction had few attendees from the District. There were full packed activities waiting for this Rotary Year everything will be posted from time to time.

Lastly, as per DG Art Tan challenge us to attract more members, share our Rotary vision and ideals and make difference.

President’s Corner & Other Matters

Pres Sam started his message welcoming all members for 1^st Regular Meeting on his term and mentions guests last 33^rd Induction with a total of 88 guests.

He elaborated gratitude to all who came over in the event sponsors, guest speaker, performers, Rotarian visitors and everyone who made the celebration a memorable one.

A total of Y370,000 was given by Japanese Sister Clubs through the effort of PP Marcy. Donations were intended for water projects, feeding and ets.

Two letter proposals were received from different schools which will taken first with the board and presented to the body for suggestion and discussion to proceed. Timely for we tonight right after the meeting we will conduct our First BOD Meeting. Agenda’s were Post Evaluation and Financial Reporting of the 33^rd Induction, Documents to open bank account and planning session.

All coming events and proposals would be the start for making difference and Pres Sam lives a message to start the ball rolling and strike all along RY 17-18 journey.
