(Governor’s Monthly Letter)
Dear All Star District Team!
Please review the guide below provided by Editor-In-Chief Orman Manasala in sending articles to be considered for publication in our Governor’s Monthly Letter (GML).
A well-written story should answer the five W’s and one H:
·        What happened?  (the event or project with which your club is involved)
·        Who is involved?  (person or group of people that is the main focus of your story)
·        Where did it take place?  (location of the event or project)
·        When did it take place?  (day, date, or time period involved)
·        Why did that happen? (the reason this event/project is significant)
·        How did it happen? (also how can one support/participate/volunteer/sponsor the event/project)

The article MUST be in WORD format.

The pictures should be chosen from among the best.  Please do not send 10 million pictures and allow me to CHOOSE THE BEST high resolution pictures (at least 3 minimum and 5 max) in JPEG format.

I am needing stories for OCTOBER – DECEMBER 2016.

Prexy Orman
GML EDITOR IN CHIEF
