The 16th Rotaplast Cebu Medical Mission 2018 is now in their 8th day October 11. Meet Blessa Asoy 14 years old coming from Surigao . She had her palate case last Rotaplast 2007, Phase 1 when she was 3 years of age .Her Phase 2 that was Rotaplast 2008 and now her Phase 3 Rotaplast 2018 has completed. Because of Rotaplast Cebu Medical Mission , she was given the chance and able to go to school . She was the top 1 in her grade 8 at Claver National High School.
